This Not-So-Secret Stuckey Recipe is from Mary Kawa:

1 ½ Philadelphia cream cheese
1 bag Colby Jack cheese
1 bottle Franks red hot sauce
½ stick butter
2 cans chicken (drained) or two chicken breasts (cooked & shredded)
Melt cream cheese and butter; add chicken and hot sauce; once heated, add bag of Colby Jack cheese and melt.
Serve with tortilla chips and/or celery.
