Mary’s Buffalo Wing Dip

This Not-So-Secret Stuckey Recipe is from Mary Kawa:

1 ½ Philadelphia cream cheese

1 bag Colby Jack cheese

1 bottle Franks red hot sauce

½ stick butter

2 cans chicken (drained) or two chicken breasts (cooked & shredded)

Melt cream cheese and butter; add chicken and hot sauce; once heated, add bag of Colby Jack cheese and melt.

Serve with tortilla chips and/or celery.

Maggie’s Cream Cheese Croissant Dessert

This Not-So-Secret Stuckey Recipe is from Maggie Hammett:

2 8 oz packages of Pillsbury croissants

16 oz cream cheese (room temperature)

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 large egg (separated)

Spray lightly a 9 x 13 inch pan.  Open one pkg croissant, unroll (do not flatten, or use pin roll), lay in bottom of pan.  Pinch perforated edges of croissant to hold together.  Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk in bowl.  Spread this mixture on top of croissant in pan.  Lay second croissant roll on top (pinching together as before).  Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.  Immediately after baking, brush egg white and sprinkle sugar on top.
