What’s the greatest thing about working at Stuckey & Company? How can we pick just one? We have a very low turn-over rate now because the things that are important to most people in the workforce are also important to Dwight and Kerry Stuckey. I would say "convenience" is what brings prospective employees to Stuckey & Company. We are located in a beautiful new building in Lake St. Louis. Traffic is minimal and the area is growing like wildfire. Most of us work within 15 minutes driving distance. Although convenience is something that most employees look for when choosing employment, that is not what KEEPS employees. What keeps us coming back? I have worked for large corporations before. Everything about those jobs and those companies were rigid. Here at Stuckey & Company, we are almost like family. Kerry and Dwight are very family-oriented people. They understand if someone needs to go to a parent conference or pick up a sick child from school. It’s also important to Kerry and Dwight to make sure that each of us feels appreciated and valued. In turn, I believe that the employees here respect Kerry and Dwight and are willing to work hard to achieve success. We also get everybody together outside of work several times each year for a bonding experience and to share stories. This has helped build friendships that may last longer than our ability to work.
