Last Friday morning if you had walked into our building and smelled the tantalizing aroma of bacon,
you may have thought Stuckey & Company had quit the insurance industry and took up the restaurant
business. We could probably give IHOP a run for its money because we have some seriously good cooks
working here. Sometimes we designate "food days" and everybody brings in a dish. This past Friday
we had a "breakfast day". Holly brought in her electric grill and made some scrambled eggs, bacon
and sausage; Lindsay made a breakfast pizza, Maggie brought in a French Toast Casserole, Rachel
brought hash browns and we had donuts, muffins, waffles and juice. (I have to stop now because I'm
making myself hungry). Anyway, a couple of weeks ago, Maggie brought in a dessert to celebrate
Chris Boylan's birthday and we all loved it so much we asked her for the recipe. I haven't tried
to make it yet but she assures me that it is easy to make, even for novice cooks like myself. Let
us know if you make it and what you think.
