Complete your
clients' coverage with Professional Liability.

Technology is a complex field with great opportunity. But combined with the exponential rate of change over the past 20 years, the technology industry also faces greater opportunity risk.

Write a Professional Liability Policy that includes Virus Liability, Unauthorized Access, Contingent Bodily Injury and Property Damage that responds no matter where the claim occurs. Minimum premiums start at $1,000 for a $1,000,000 limit with a $1,000 deductible. We specialize in companies generating revenues under $20 Million.

Sometimes there calls for an occasion when a good impression is necessary. I like to use insurance industry jargon when I need to look super smart for my husband's snobby cousin, or the new neighbor, or the high-school friend I run into after fifteen years. It goes something like this: A “B.O.R.” for number CRL10001 relating to the BOP or package umbrella endorsement was declined due to the codes classed by the managing general agent's underwriter based upon the percentages provided by the Accord app so the carrier wishes to cancel pro-rata causing a return premium with pro-rated return surplus taxes and state surcharges but if the Insured requests a new quote, the carrier may be able to justify the workers comp portion but only if it's monoline otherwise they may consider the E&O which doesn't require the Hippa warning but still needs verification of identity just like the auto or the bond. Take that!! Hey, at least I SOUND smarter then a fifth grader, right? PS-I'm slightly aware that none of the above made any sense.
