Trapped by
package limitations?

Technology clients are increasingly adding Management Consulting to their roster of services offered. However, with an average Technical Professional Liability program these services may not be covered. Even more unfortunate is that companies change the way they work in order to meet the requirements of their software package.

Protect your high-tech clients against unnecessary risk with coverage from Stuckey & Company. Break free by adding Management Consulting to your Technology Professional Liability policy. Find out how — call Stuckey & Company today, or email us for all the details

In The Office by Michele Lewis
Did you know that you may have contributed to sending five Stuckey & Company employees to the movies? Always providing exceptional customer service is not just a goal for us, providing exceptional customer service is something that we want you to expect from us — always! So... we participated in a little friendly competition last month. Employees were divided into 4 teams. Each person was asked to forward “good job” emails that you all sent to them in response to their service. In order for the email to count, it had to prove that exceptional customer service was provided and it had to say more than "thanks for your help". At the end of the month, the team with the most emails received movie tickets, popcorn and soda, and they were shipped off to go watch the movie during working hours! I compiled a list of the best, most creative "good job" emails, but the list didn’t show who the email was to, nor did it show who the email was from. We voted for the one email that was the best indicator that exceptional customer service was given, then we had to guess who we thought received the email. We found out that, since we really couldn’t tell who received which email, everybody gets a big pat on the back. One email requested that our employee get a raise, one told our employee to take the rest of the day off and get some ice cream, but the winning email puts tears in my eyes:

"Holy Crap that was fast! You and your crew are the most responsive and service friendly people I work with. Being a business owner it is hard to find good help so your employer should be very happy to have an employee such as yourself and your team members. Keep up the good work!"

Can you tell which one of us received that email? I hope not.

P. S. - It was Chris Boylan.
