Contract Review Services
Under the Aspire A&E program we offer a policy benefit in which an experienced attorney from the law firm of Gordon & Rees will review a contract to ensure that you understand your basic rights and obligations under that contract. The review service will also point out any unusual contract terms or other pitfalls that may warrant further review.
Risk Management
We can help design a risk management plan for your program and create premium credits based on the client's completion of the course. Our program is based around a Five-Part Rubric:
- Introduction - Why is Risk Management important?
- Content and Examples - The principles and basic functions of each module and how it works.
- Dispositions - Addresses attitudes toward the process outlined in Content and Examples. This section asks the student what their habits and inclinations are and how they can improve them based on the Content and Examples. Dispositions are about getting students to think about their own patterns of thinking, and devising ways of improving these patterns.
- Transfer - Transfer emphasizes application of new skills in contexts via practice. In this section students put themselves into business-specific examples. Also important is older protocols against new protocols. Dimensions are important in Transfer, so examples might ask how certain decisions might affect possible losses two years down the road.
- Assessment - Thinking-centered assessment provides trainers with information about student thinking processes. Of central concern in assessment is that the student learns how their exam answers relate to the goal of the module. If the assessment is successful it may result in significant premium savings.
