Technology Professional Liability Insurance

Stuckey & Company knows technology. Our professional liability is designed for a broad range of clients, from Funds transfer software to database design and everything in between.  We offer E&O, Network Security and Electronic Media Activities coverage with Intellectual Property coverage when needed.  Our minimum premium is $1,000 for a $1,000,000 limit.

Architects and Engineers (A&E) Insurance

Our A&E product is designed for the small firm with receipts up to $1,000,000.  We insure architects, engineers, construction managers, project managers, draftsmen, design / build firms and consultants on an admitted basis in 48 states.  Our emphasis is on a competitively priced product, excellent coverage and a streamlined production process.

Miscellaneous Professional Liability Insurance

Professionals can face allegations brought from disgruntled clients who feel they’ve been harmed in some way by the products and/or services of the professional (or lack thereof). Often times these accusations are legitimate, many times they are not. Either way, the cost to defend such a claim could financially destroy a small business, and severely rattle a larger one. With that in mind, and knowing that many clients are looking out for their own interests by requiring a professional service provider carry their own E&O policy, we offer several coverage options commonly referred to as “miscellaneous” professional liability.

The Miscellaneous Professional Liability program at Stuckey & Company specifically targets small to medium sized accounts with a professional liability exposure including: Marketing Firms, Management Consultants, Real Estate Appraisers, Title Abstractors, Claims Adjusters, etc.
