Technology Professional Liability

Stuckey & Company knows technology. Our professional liability is designed for a broad range of clients, from Funds transfer software to database design and everything in between.  We offer E&O, Network Security and Electronic Media Activities coverage with Intellectual Property coverage when needed.  Our minimum premium is $1,000 for a $1,000,000 limit.

Architects and Engineers Professional

Our A&E product is designed for the small firm with receipts up to $1,000,000.  We insure architects, engineers, construction managers, project managers, draftsmen, design / build firms and consultants on an admitted basis in 48 states.  Our emphasis is on a competitively priced product, excellent coverage and a streamlined production process.

Miscellaneous Professional Liability

are targeting small to medium sized accounts with a professional liability exposure including: Marketing Firms, Management Consultants, Real Estate Appraisers, Title Abstractors, Claims Adjusters, etc.

Our D&O product is designed for small private companies.  We insure retail, wholesale, manufacturing, office, service and contractors.  Our emphasis is on being competitively priced for the small firm with limits and minimum premiums matching their exposure.

Over 60% of all companies have been sued for some sort of Employment practice.  Our EPLI coverage is designed for the small company with limits and minimum premiums matching their exposure.
